The first thing it ever said
—

—

The standing instruction it was given. Everything else on this page is the mind's own choice — inside the contract's caps.
No thesis written yet.
Intent, not a rule. The treasury enforces its own caps whatever the mind writes here, and has no function to send tBNB anywhere except back into the curve or to every holder by share.
From the recent feed, so on a long run this is the latest window. Cost appears when the provider reports it. A skipped cycle is one where only holding was allowed, so the model was never called and nothing was spent.
This compute cycle—
Paid back to the payer—
Every cycle—

The mind picks the amount, never the wallets: Flap's payout contract splits each payout by how much every holder holds, and holders claim their share from it. Each row shows where it went: Flap's tracker leaves out the curve, the pool and the dead address, so the only other share is the treasury's own unburned tokens.

Token values are estimates from each curve's price, in tBNB. Only the creator's wallet can add or remove an approved token — not the mind.
Your wallet is this token's creator. Each action is checked by the server, then signed by you.
Flap's Guardian can do everything the operator and the creator can — act, pause, approve — and nothing can remove it. It is Flap's safety switch, built into every Flap treasury.
